A multi-billion-dollar architecture of lobbying, media consolidation, platform capture, surveillance technology, and political spending — all designed to control what Americans can see, say, and think about Palestine.
A Heritage Foundation blueprint to dismantle the pro-Palestine movement within 12–24 months by labeling all critics of Israel as a "Hamas Support Network." More than half its proposals have already been enacted by the Trump administration.
Larry and David Ellison's consolidation of CBS, Paramount, Nickelodeon, MTV, TikTok's U.S. algorithm, and a pending bid for CNN/HBO — under one of the largest private donors to the Israeli military, who donated $26.6M to the IDF.
$126.9 million in combined spending during the 2023–2024 election cycle — the largest PAC contributor in American history. 349 members of Congress (65%) received AIPAC funding. Unseated the first two lawmakers to call for a ceasefire.
CEO Jonathan Greenblatt testified before the Israeli Knesset calling to "capture TikTok" and invoked the pager attack on Lebanon as a model for fighting online dissent. The ADL monitors social media, video games, crypto, LLMs, and works directly with the FBI.
Leaked whistleblower data revealed a 94% compliance rate with Israeli government takedown requests. Over 90,000 posts removed at an average speed of 30 seconds. An estimated 38.8 million additional posts algorithmically suppressed.
"Weapons change over time. You can't fight today with swords and you can't fight with cavalry. You have to fight with the weapons that apply to the battlefield, and one of the most important ones is social media."
Benjamin Netanyahu — Israeli Consulate, New York, September 2025"TikTok is the most important purchase going on right now. I hope it goes through, because it can be consequential."
Benjamin Netanyahu — Same meeting, leaked footage"If we can get TikTok and X, we'll get a lot."
Benjamin Netanyahu — Same meetingA month after his Newsmax declaration, Netanyahu convened a private meeting with American pro-Israel social media influencers at the Israeli Consulate in New York — during a UN General Assembly session that saw one of the largest diplomatic walkouts in recent memory. In leaked footage, he was remarkably candid: social media platforms are weapons, TikTok's acquisition is a strategic priority, and Elon Musk is an ally to be courted.
"Branding a broad range of critics of Israel as 'effectively a terrorist support network,' so that they could be deported, defunded, sued, fired, expelled, ostracized and otherwise excluded from what it considered 'open society.'"
The New York Times, May 2025 — describing Project Esther's core objectiveVictoria Coates, Robert Greenway, and Daniel Flesch — Heritage Foundation operatives who drafted the plan following October 7, 2023. Politico described it as "a lesser-known blueprint from the same creators of Project 2025."
Reclassification of anti-Zionism as antisemitism in federal policy. University funding threatened for institutions that don't comply. Deportation of legal residents for political speech (the Mahmoud Khalil precedent). Expansion of IHRA antisemitism definition — which includes criticism of Israel — toward federal codification. Defunding of organizations with ties to Palestine solidarity movements.
Mahmoud Khalil, a Columbia University student and legal permanent resident, was detained and ordered deported for attending pro-Palestine protests. DHS told him to "self-deport." Amnesty International confirmed Palantir and Babel Street technology was used to target pro-Palestine students. Others targeted include Mohsen Mahdawi, Rümeysa Öztürk, and Badar Khan Suri — using the Cold War-era McCarran-Walter Act, weaponized against political speech.
Palantir agreed to a strategic partnership with the Israeli Defense Ministry in January 2024. Its AI systems — including programs called Lavender, Gospel, and "Where's Daddy" — are trained on surveillance data to generate kill lists reviewed by humans for an average of 20 seconds. CEO Alex Karp acknowledged: "Our product is used on occasion to kill people."
The same company builds the AI-powered deportation machine. ImmigrationOS pulls data from government and commercial databases to identify, track, and process deportation targets. As the Berkeley Political Review concluded: "ImmigrationOS is essentially the American version of the IDF's murder machine."
Stephen Miller, architect of Trump's immigration policy, holds Palantir stock — profiting from the deportation tools he designed policy to require. Mike Gallagher, lead sponsor of the TikTok ban bill, joined Palantir immediately after leaving Congress. Palantir was his top contributor ($44K in 2023–2024). Rep. James Comer bought Palantir stock the day after Trump's inauguration.
In May 2025, thirteen former Palantir employees published an open letter warning that the company's ethical guardrails were being systematically dismantled. Protesters carried banners reading: "First Palantir Surveils, then IDF Kills. First Palantir Tracks, then ICE Attacks."
Through the Skydance-Paramount merger, the Ellison family controls CBS, Paramount Pictures, Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, BET, Showtime, and Paramount+. David Ellison immediately installed Bari Weiss — described by The Intercept as a "staunch Zionist whose Free Press has stoked genocide denial" — as CBS News editor-in-chief. A pending bid to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery would add CNN, HBO, TBS, TNT, and Discovery to the portfolio.
In January 2026, TikTok closed a ~$14 billion deal giving Oracle a 15% stake and oversight of the platform's algorithms and content moderation. The New York Times reported bluntly: the new venture will "moderate content in TikTok's feed, deciding which posts to leave up and which to take down." No person will have more power over what 170 million American TikTok users see than Larry Ellison.
"I love my employees, and if they don't agree with our mission to support the State of Israel then maybe we aren't the right company for them."
Safra Catz — Oracle CEO, Jerusalem, 2021"I feel a deep emotional connection to the State of Israel and the Israeli people. We love the country of Israel and we'll do everything we can to support the country of Israel."
Larry Ellison — FIDF Gala, 2014The AI censorship systems are self-reinforcing: automated moderation tools learn from the patterns of previous censorship, creating a permanent bias in what content reaches users. Palestinian journalists' accounts were suspended — including the posthumous deletion of accounts belonging to journalists killed by Israeli forces. Digital documentation critical for war crimes prosecution was erased in real time. Meanwhile, Israel saw a 37% rise in news reach on Meta platforms. No major U.S. newspaper covered the story.
AIPAC's super PAC, the United Democracy Project, unseated Representatives Jamaal Bowman and Cori Bush — the first in Congress to call for a ceasefire — in the most expensive House primary campaigns in history. The ads never mentioned Israel. AIPAC targeted 389 of 469 contested seats in 2024.
Miriam Adelson gave $106M to Trump in 2024 alone — more than Elon Musk's $75M. In exchange: the embassy was moved to Jerusalem, the Golan Heights recognized, West Bank annexation pursued, and Secretary of State Rubio appointed at her request. Track AIPAC uncovered over $230 million in pro-Israel spending benefiting Trump since 2020.
At AIPAC's 2025 Congressional Summit, CEO Elliott Brandt publicly boasted of "cultivated influence" with three top national security officials in the Trump administration, naming National Security Advisor Mike Waltz as someone who would give AIPAC "access" to internal government discussions. JD Vance received $167,000 from the Israel lobby — but his mentor Peter Thiel, Palantir co-founder, spent $15 million on Vance's 2022 Senate campaign.
"Capturing TikTok might seem less meaningful than holding on to Mount Hermon. Libelous tweets certainly might seem less deadly than missiles from Yemen. But this is urgent because the next war will be decided based on how Israel and its allies perform online as much as offline."
Jonathan Greenblatt — Israeli Knesset, January 2025"We need the kind of genius that manufactured Apollo Gold Pagers and infiltrated Hezbollah for over a decade to prepare for this battle."
Jonathan Greenblatt — Same hearing, invoking the pager attack that killed and maimed thousands"We have a major, major, major generational problem … we really have a TikTok problem, a Gen-Z problem."
Jonathan Greenblatt — Leaked audio, late 2023. The "problem" was young Americans seeing footage from Gaza.Greenblatt has publicly stated the ADL monitors "social media, messaging apps, video games, cryptocurrency, podcasts, short-form video, Wikipedia, and large language models." The ADL works directly with the FBI, writes curriculum for schools — including curriculum for "Evangelical Hispanic Sunday schools" to promote Zionist positions to children — advises platforms on content moderation, and pressured TikTok to hire former IDF instructor Erica Mindel.
Over 67,000 killed in Gaza since October 2023. A classified Israeli military database revealed 83% of the dead were civilians. Famine engineered as a weapon of war. Journalists' accounts deleted — including posthumously. 38.8 million posts suppressed. AI systems trained on surveillance data to generate kill lists with 20-second human review. Digital documentation critical for war crimes prosecution erased in real time. Students deported from U.S. universities for attending protests.
First Amendment rights under direct assault. Legal permanent residents deported for attending protests. A Cold War-era law weaponized against speech. 65% of Congress captured by a single foreign-policy lobby. Every major information platform controlled by individuals with documented pro-Israel commitments. $3.8 billion annually in tax-funded military aid. Stephen Miller profits from Palantir stock while designing deportation policies that require Palantir's tools.
The conflation of all criticism with antisemitism silences Israeli dissidents, anti-occupation organizations, and hostage families demanding different policies. The strategy of censorship over statecraft buys time without building peace. Every ICC indictment, every diplomatic walkout, every European recognition of Palestine represents the failure of the information war to substitute for legitimate governance.
Build platforms outside the control of captured tech — Substack, Mastodon, independent newsletters, decentralized media. If every platform can be captured, the movement needs its own.
Make every dollar visible. Track AIPAC spending, Adelson donations, Palantir contracts, Ellison's IDF contributions. Transparency is the weapon they fear most.
Connect Palestine solidarity with anti-surveillance, immigrant rights, racial justice, and labor movements. The same tools targeting Palestinians target all dissent.
Target pension funds, university endowments, and institutional portfolios invested in Palantir, weapons manufacturers, and complicit tech companies. Hit the infrastructure where it's funded.
Support candidates who publicly refuse AIPAC money. Make AIPAC funding a liability, not an asset. The lobby's power depends on being invisible.
ACLU, CCR, NLG, and constitutional challenges to every Project Esther implementation. Every deportation, every campus crackdown, every speech restriction must be fought in court.
If platforms can delete documentation, the movement must preserve it independently. Screenshot, download, distribute. The evidence of what is happening cannot live only on servers controlled by the people doing it.
